Welcome to Afaayo Uganda. The word Afaayo is a Luganda word (a local dialect in Uganda) that means 'Some one Cares'. The Organization was started to care for these that nobody really cares for so that their situation and life can be improved. We are a legally recognized, Non Governmental Christian, non-denominational organization devoted to the care of orphaned and vulnerable children, mainly from rural Uganda. As Christians we embrace the call to love and serve each other through ministering to the needy orphaned children, empowering families to live above the poverty line, and many other humanitarian services that are geared towards improving the life style of rural Ugandans.
